Repair and Manteinance

Regular and Proper Cleaning

Clean the furniture regularly with a soft, dry cloth or preferably microfiber towel to remove dust. For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp cloth and immediately dry with a dry one. Avoid harsh products that may damage the wood. For teak, use teak oil to maintain its shine and prevent dryness.

Protection Against Sunlight and Humidity

Keep furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration and damage. Avoid placing it near heat sources such as radiators, heating and fireplaces. High humidity can cause the wood to swell or warp, while excessive heat can dry it out and cause cracks. Place furniture in areas with controlled humidity.

Use of Protectors and Preventive Maintenance

Use coasters, placemats, and pads to protect the wood surface from liquids and hot objects. Place felt protectors under furniture to prevent scratches on the floor. Apply wood-specific wax or polish every few months, following the manufacturer's instructions, to maintain its beauty and durability.
